The Brief

A global technology company invited hundreds of their key partners to join a co-branded marketing program, designed to help partners promote the value of their partnership through customised marketing assets. Each partner received materials built around their own branding, tied together with program co-branding, telling a joint value story unique to them.

 

The scale was significant. 344 partners engaged across the Americas and Europe, with 10 project managers, 18 strategists, 13 designers and 6 proofreaders all working in parallel to deliver within 3 months.

The Design System

As Lead Designer, my first task was building a flexible design system. A set of templates that could absorb any partner's fonts, colours and imagery while keeping every asset consistent, on-brand and production-ready across a team of 13 designers working simultaneously.

The infographic template became a particularly strong foundation, giving the team a clear visual framework that could be adapted to hundreds of different brand identities without losing consistency or quality.

 

Beyond the templates, I led the team day to day, managing quality standards, onboarding new designers and keeping communication flowing across all teams and into the core leadership group.

The Work

Every partner received a fully customised kit, designed using their own branding and co-branded with the program identity. Each kit included a tailored selection of assets chosen to fit their specific marketing needs.

Assets produced included sales briefs, solutions briefs, infographics, landing pages, social media tiles and emails. Every piece designed to the same standard, regardless of the partner's brand complexity.

 

At the end of 3 months, 1,510 individual assets had been delivered across 286 completed partner kits, with 100% completion rate.

Self-Serve Templates

For smaller partners outside the main program, I designed a separate set of self-serve PowerPoint templates. Working alongside a strategist who defined the content structure, I built each template so partners could plug in their own logo, adapt the copy and export a finished PDF independently, extending the value of the program without additional production overhead.
